Why plant natives? 

Natives have a lot of great benefits, including less maintenance than normal lawns and gardens, increased hardiness to our cold winters, and no need for fertilizers or pesticides. They also attract beneficial and beautiful pollinators like butterflies and honeybees and help maintain the diversity of our wild areas, not to mention they are also beautiful!

If you are interested in starting your own native garden or supplementing your shoreline with natives, check out our annual plant kit sales! We hand-pick a variety of plants for certain situations, like sandy soils or woodland areas. We can also create a kit to suit your custom needs.
