Conservation Seed Program
Custom Seeding Service
The Soil & Water Conservation District offers seed planting services. We offer this service mainly in the spring.
There is no minimum or maximum acreage. If you know you would like to have your seed planted for you, please contact us as soon as possible to get started.
The fee schedule is as follows:
- Minimum charge: $250.00
- 7-9.9 acres- $35.00/acre
- 10-19.9 acres- $33.00/acre
- 20+ acres- $30.00/acre
Seed Sales
The SWCD offers several native species seed mixes. These mixes meet or exceed the standards set by state and federal cost-share programs.
